Collaborate efficiently by inviting team members to manage servers and sites with you.
Overview #
Pivotlar allows you to invite team members to your organization so you can work together on managing servers and sites. Whether you’re delegating full control or just offering visibility, roles help you stay in control.
Accessing Organization Settings #
- Click your current organization name in the top-right navigation bar.
- Choose “Organization Settings” from the dropdown.

Inviting Team Members #
From the Organization Settings page, you can invite new members by entering their email and assigning a role:
- Administrator – Full access to manage servers, sites, and settings.
- Staff Member – Read-only access to view resources without making changes.

Removing Members #
To remove a user from your organization:
- Go to the Organisation Members section
- Click the “Remove” button next to their name
- Confirm the action when prompted

Once removed, they’ll no longer have access to any of your servers or sites under that organization.
